Within 24 hours you get a reply — that is the goal on every enquiry, and it is a real target rather than a marketing line.
For tree work, we book a time to come and look at it. Tree work is quoted in person because the price is set by things that do not show up in a photo: what is underneath the tree, whether the truck can reach it, whether the wood is sound enough to climb. A number given without seeing those is a number that changes later, and we would rather not do that to you. Once Max has been out to look, your priced quote is with you within 48 hours of that consultation.
For stumps, no visit is needed. Send a photo with something in frame for scale — a shovel, a tape measure, a boot — and you get a firm price back, usually the same day. Grinding starts at $250 for a stump 30 cm across or less.
The quote is free, in writing, and holds. The figure you agree to is the figure you pay; it only changes if you change the scope. Our minimum charge for quoted work is $160.
If a tree is on a hydro line or has come down on a structure, call Hydro Ottawa first and then phone us at (613) 715-0103 rather than using this form — storm work moves to the front of the schedule, and the phone is faster.
